Research Depth
Go beyond the obvious source when the decision needs stronger evidence.
My professional growth has been a shift from finding information to understanding requirements, making better decisions, building systems and owning outcomes.
I began with hands-on research — company, contact, market and lead-focused work. Over time the harder questions became more important: Why does this record qualify? Which source deserves trust? What makes information usable? How can quality be built into the workflow?
That progression moved me into research strategy, intelligence, quality ownership, process improvement, team enablement and end-to-end operational responsibility.

Correct information can still be wrong for the actual business need.
Repeated person-dependent work should gradually become a repeatable system.
Follow work through execution, quality, correction and final outcome.
